(Translated by Google) I had lunch at Sushi Zoom in Castel San Giovanni and had an excellent experience. The modern and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the quick and courteous service, made the meal very enjoyable. The sushi was incredibly fresh and prepared with great care. The specialty rolls, such as the spicy uramaki, nigiri, sashimi, and gunkan, were particularly delicious. The prices are justified by the quality of the ingredients and the mastery of the preparation. I highly recommend trying this restaurant for a high-quality meal.
